We anticipate that many of the attendees at the summit will be employed by charities, and pricing has been set accordingly.

Yes! Earlybird tickets are available to individual and organisational subscribers of Arts Professional, until Friday 13 March 2026.

Registration will close ahead of the event, and will not be available on the day.

When you submit a booking, you will receive an invoice for payment which is due within 28 days, or before the 13 May, whichever is earlier. Payment can be made by card online (details are included in the invoice) or by bank transfer.

As part of running an inclusive event, we appreciate the importance of flexibility in access and/or dietary requirements. When booking, please provide details of your requirements and preferred adaptations. You can update us at any time to ensure we make your participation as comfortable and convenient as possible.

In order to ensure that delegates feel able to participate without reservation, the presumption is that sessions will not be reported. We may pre-agree with some speakers that their content can be reported, and we may ask some participants if they are willing to participate in post-event reporting.
