Getting the most out of your visit to Conway Hall

You might like to know:

👥 We have around 260 people taking part in the summit – take a look at who is joining you.

⌚️The programme starts at 09.30 on Wednesday 13 May at the Conway Hall (directions), and at 5pm a networking reception sponsored by GoodCRM will take place at The Enterprise – the organisers will be around until 7pm, and after that the pub remains open as it normally would.

⚠️ The seats in the balcony of the Main Hall are undergoing a period of gradual refurbishment – if a seat is covered in hazard tape or obviously past its best, please don’t sit in it.

🤫 A combined cloakroom (with items left at your own risk) and quiet room will be available throughout the day if you need somewhere to decompress, pray, or answer an urgent email

🛜 WiFi is freely available from the Conway Hall

🪫 There aren’t many plug sockets around the building – if you have a power bank / battery for your phone, we recommend bringing it

♿︎ Access:

  • There is a disabled parking space immediately outside the hall (we cannot reserve this).
  • The Library is up a flight of stairs – if that makes a session inaccessible for you, please let a member of staff know and a Zoom link can be established between the Quiet Room and the Library.
  • Main Hall seating is split between the ground floor (level access) and the balcony (up a short flight of stairs).
  • Signs will be placed on a number of seats at the rear of each room and near audience microphones to indicate they’re priority seats for those who need them.
  • If there are any other adaptations we can make, please let any member of staff know on the day, or contact us beforehand.
  • The Main Hall and Brockway Room have induction loops fitted which feed straight from the PA system or use ambient sound in smaller rooms.
