1. About us
Arts Professional Media Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of tickets and delegate places for all in-person events organised by Arts Professional Media Ltd.
By purchasing a ticket or booking a place at an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings and payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once full payment has been received.
2.2 Prices are stated in pounds sterling. VAT is itemised where applicable.
2.3 Arts Professional Media Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
3. Delegate substitutions, cancellations and refunds
Delegate substitutions
3.1 Delegate places may be exchanged to another individual at any time up to 3 working days before the event.
3.2 To request a substitution, you must contact Arts Professional Media Ltd via

3.3 Substitutions requested within 3 working days of the event cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
3.4 Refunds are not available within 30 days of the event start date, regardless of reason.
3.5 Refund requests made more than 30 days before the event will be subject to a £10 administration and processing charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
3.6 All refund requests must be made in writing via the contact details above.
3.7 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
These refund terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
4. Event changes and cancellation by Arts Professional
4.1 Arts Professional Media Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, speakers, venue or timings.
4.2 If an event is cancelled by Arts Professional Media Ltd, you will be offered either:
- a full refund of the ticket price, or
- the option to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date or alternative event
4.3 Arts Professional Media Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by delegates, including travel or accommodation.
5. Attendance and conduct
5.1 Delegates are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner.
5.2 Arts Professional Media Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
5.3 We reserve the right of sponsors, partners, and exhibitors to undertake commercial activity at the event. Any supplier or company representative who is not a sponsor, partner, or exhibitor who undertakes commercial activity will be removed without refund.
6. Accessibility and special requirements
6.1 Arts Professional Media Ltd aims to make events accessible to all.
6.2 Any access or dietary requirements should be notified as early as possible and no later than 7 days before the event.
7. Liability
7.1 Arts Professional Media Ltd accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage to personal property, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Data protection
8.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and Arts Professional Media Ltd’s Privacy Policy.
8.2 Delegate details may be shared with venues or suppliers only where necessary for event delivery.
9. Force majeure
Arts Professional Media Ltd shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, or public health emergencies.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
